Product Overview
CardioVastin is a selective, competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme that converts 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A to mevalonate, a precursor of sterols, including cholesterol. Clinical trials show a significant reduction in cardiovascular events, risk of stroke, and myocardial infarction. It is synthesized under strict WHO-GMP conditions to ensure ultra-high purity and bioavailability.

Administration & Dosage
For oral administration. The typical starting dose is 10mg or 20mg once daily, taken at any time of day, with or without food. Dosage should be individualized according to patient characteristics and therapeutic goals, up to a maximum of 80mg per day under strict supervision.

Critical Safety Information
- Contraindicated in patients with active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevations of serum transaminases.
- Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
- Avoid concurrent intake of large quantities of grapefruit juice (exceeding 1.2 liters daily).
