Gastromep
Active Ingredient: Omeprazole Delayed-Release (20mg)
Product Overview
Gastromep is a delayed-release formulation of Omeprazole, an antisecretory compound. It is a specific inhibitor of the gastric H+/K+-ATPase enzyme system (the proton pump) at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell. By blocking the final step of acid production, it effectively raises gastric pH and promotes mucosal healing in acid-related disorders.
